Why am I always in the wrong hide. This latest male Marsh Harrier is darker with a full grey tail. It also has a distinctive pale inner primary.

A day of good local sightings. 150 Golden Plover, Kingfisher, Peregrine, Marsh Harrier, Buzzard, Sparrowhawk, 30+ Meadow Pipits, Singing Skylarks, c50 Red-throated Divers and a pod of Dolphins (thanks AP for tip off).

Chiffchaffs, Wheatear and Sand Martin all reported yesterday (South Coast).
