Back to 'Wild Stuff' today.
My day started with a trip to the Petrol Station and a stunning male Hen Harrier flew across the road. On to East Chevington and both male and female Marsh Harriers were putting on a good show. Then as I approached the hide this lovely Black Redstart appeared. I was able to share this sighting with two pairs of birders who arrived (shortly after I found it) looking for the Harriers. Then a Sandwich Tern at Hadston and a House Martin (in a flock of 200+ Sand Martins) on my return to Chev made a cold breezy day something special.
