Last week I tore myself away from the coast and enjoyed visits to: Hepburn Wood, The Hirsel, Cragside, Rothbury, Branton and Hedgeley.

One Careful Owner?
A return to the patch yesterday and I was greeted by good numbers of Swifts and Swallows. Today I enjoyed prolonged views (c3 minutes) of a patch rarity, one of my favourites.
