The path along the river from the Dragonfly Pools to the Woodland Hide (with feeders) is terrific. Plenty of hides and lots to see.

Birthday Treat

I see Cranes daily from my window ... not this type though.

Well my Birthday was spent taking my Great Niece (10) and Great Nephew (5) to Washington. I was very impressed. I know they're not wild but it is a great place to get children close to wildlife.

The Lego was also an attraction and very well done.

Is this the wild one?

Sorry  .. another Kingfisher.

It would be nice to find one of these at Chev.

Asian Short Claw

Happy Birthday!
